The System of Investigation Principles of Private Methods
of Penitentiary and Post-penitentiary Crimes
The continuation of fundamental criminalistics principles development, its systematizing is noted to
be of current scientific interest, stipulated by the needs of criminalistics theory and practice of revelation
and investigation of crimes. The system of investigation principles of private methods formation of
penitentiary and post-penitentiary crimes is given. Working out private methods of investigation by
means of private principles analysis is proved to be another direction and source of information which
show the way to determination of consistent pattern of proof appearance that necessary for working out
devices and methods of revelation investigation and prevention of crimes.

of crimes in the sphere of economic activities
The article is devoted to studying of actual problems of forensic book-keeping expertise at the
investigation of crimes in the sphere of economic activities. The author examines the notion, possibilities,
organization of ordering book-keeping expertise. The article contains some recommendations on use of
forensic book-keeping expertise at the investigation of crimes in the sphere of economic activities.
