Concerning Unavoidable Reconstruction of Economic Law
as the Cause and Effect of Russia's Entry into the WTO
The major concentrating of global norms of law regulating trade activity, concerning
the questions of trading the goods, services and information is focused in the frames of the
multilateral agreements under the auspices of the World Trade Organization. The author attempts
to answer the question if the modern Russian legislation takes into consideration those norms
and rules, that were worked out and allocated by the world experience. The intention of Russia
to become the member of WTO in the nearest future makes actual the present article.

Encroachments upon the life of the state or the public figure, directed to the cessation of the
state or other political activity by the person, carrying it out, are the most socially dangerous
and severe form of solving conflicts, arising in political life of any country. In the article the
author touches upon the experience of the criminal legislation of some foreign countries,
such as Spain, Republic of San Marino, Turkey, Belgium, Norway, Lithuania, The United States of
America, directed to the struggle against such encroachments.

The article focuses on the questions of regulation of labour relations between domestic
workers and employers in the Russian Federation. Based on the legislation of foreign countries,
several ways of improvement of the Russian Labour Law are proposed.

Security Council of the United Nations as the legal tool counteractions and suppression
of terrorism (in an aspect improvement of the legislation Russian Federation)
In an aspect improvement of the legislation Russian Federation activity of Security Council
of the United Nations in sphere of counteraction and suppression of terrorism is investigated.
The author comes to a conclusion, that results of activity of Security Council characterize two
basic tendencies: а) increase of danger of terrorism and b) consolidation experience of struggle
against it.
Though in Russia for last years the quantity of acts of terrorism was reduced, it is necessary
to take advantage of the universal experience generalized in structures of Security Council.
