System approach to finding, registering and analyzing information significant
for crime detection during the process of designing a crime information model
The author discusses the fundamentals and the role of system approach to finding, registering
and analysing of information significant for crime detection, and the problems with the modelling
of such a system approach during the investigation and disclosure of a crime. In this article
the conception and the role of a forensic information model constructed on the basis of data
collected and analysed during the investigation of a crime are considered.

Criminological Characteristics of a Personality of a Mercenary-Forcible Criminal
(On the Study of Criminal Cases of Saratov Oblast)
On the basis of judicial practice study socio-demographic, criminal, legal and moral-psychological
signs characterizing individuals who committed mercenary-forcible crimes on the
territory of Saratov Oblast are studied. The author’s definition of a personality of a mercenaryforcible
criminal is suggested.

Tactical peculiarities of carrying out a search due
to drug crimes committed by yuveniles
Carrying out a search due to drug crimes, committed by juveniles aims at getting new evidences
and checking those which are already available; ascertainment of the circumstances
abetting the commitment of illegal narcotic drug operations (detection of the adult's lifestyle,
adults' negative influence, etc.) and taking precautions. That's why the purposes of a search due
to crimes of this category are the following: to find raw materials for making drugs, ready-made
drugs, things and equipment used by juveniles to produce them, and to find some package or
things which might have some narcotic drugs traces.
