In the article the author set forth tasks of judicial-technical expert appraisal on research of printed
propaganda materials and questions solved by it. Recommendations on preparation of samples for
comparative research are given. Opportunities of the judicial-technical expert are given. Also there
are recommendation according to its conclusion and use during investigation of criminal cases on
the facts of slander and the insult concerning candidates reveal in this article.
