Legislative Regulation of Demographic Processes Within the Subjects of the Russian Federation
The author of the article suggests the brief analysis of the demographic processes legislative
regulation within the subjects of the Russian Federation. The author also compares the Federal
legislation and those of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the framework of the population
problem. Democratic processes that have taken place in the subjects of the Russian Federation
are used as examples in the article.
