LEGAL REGULATION OF PSYCHIATRIC AID PROVISION IN UKRAINE

This article deals with kinds of psychiatric aid under the legislation of Ukraine. The
author clarifies the procedure of their provision as guarantees of observance the rights of
persons who suffer from mental disorder and analyses legal practice in this sphere.
