FORMS OF LINKS IN THE SYSTEM OF INDIRECT EVIDENCE IN THE PROCESS OF PROVING IN THE CRIMINAL CASE

In the article the issues concerning the legal nature determination of the forms of

links of indirect evidence have been investigated. Their varieties within the scope of the

concrete forms are analyzed. The regularity of such links existence in proving in criminal

case has been substantiated.
