In the article the arraignment of civil action by the prosecutor in criminal

proceedings is analyzed. The peculiaraties of the prosecutor’s procedural position, who

enters the action proceeding, were clarified. Some limitations concerning the

preconditions, subjects and the content of the claims in the civil action arraignment by the

prosecutor, are defined.
