IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STANDARDS OF INTERNATIONAL LAW TO THE GENERAL PART OF THE CRIMINAL CODE OF UKRAINE

The article is devoted to the implementation of the standards of international law to
the General Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It also deals with the issues of
international law influence on the forming of particular provisions of the Criminal Code
of Ukraine, as well as on some legal criminal institutes. The author makes an analysis of
the norms of the General Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine conformity to the
requirements of international legal instruments.
