The article is devoted to the criminological evaluation of Ukraine’s economy
transformation as complicated, contradictory process of transition from the commandadministrative
economy to the market economy. The author makes an attempt to clarify
the peculiarities of this process and to define their influence on the rate and character of
economic crime.
