ISSUES OF LEGAL ADJUSTING OF THE DIVISION OF LEGAL ENTITIES REALIZATION

The article is devoted to the research of the issues of the legal adjusting of the
division of legal entities realization. The inconsistencies, connected with the order of
cessation of legal entities according to the decision of public authorities are elucidated on
the basis of the current legislation analysis. The current legislation of Ukraine foresees
cessation of legal entities according to the decision of public authorities only by their
division.
The right of decision-making concerning the forced division is given to the
Antimonopoly committee of Ukraine, however the implementation of such decisions
causes this time difficulties. In the article the scientific conclusions and suggestions in
relation to the evolvement of the current legislation, that regulates the order of the
cessation of legal entities with succession have been formulated.
