The article is devoted to the issues of legal regulation of industrial property relations

in the Western Ukrainian lands within Austro - Hungary during 1772 – 1918. The author

has analyzed the formation of the system of the industrial property legal protection in the

Western Ukrainian lands during that period. For this aim, the Austrian legislation in this

sphere was studied.
