PRINCIPLES OF ELABORATION OF CRIMINALISTIC METHODS OF CRIMES INVESTIGATION

In the article the author tries to define the principles of scientific elaboration of methods
used in some crimes investigation. The principles of the inquirer’s activity as to the concrete
crime investigation have been highlighted. The further steps of the elaboration of
criminalistic methods of crimes investigation are outlined.
