PECULIARITIES OF INTERROGATION OF THE HELPLESS VICTIMS

In the article the author examines the peculiarities of interrogation of the helpless victims
taking into account the provisions of the current legislation and the practice of its application.
The author dwells upon the obligatory participation of the experts and victim’s representative
that will guarantee the qualitative and full ascertainment of the facts of the matter. The
issues of audiovisual taping usage while interrogating a helpless victim are raised.
