APPEAL AGAINST THE SENTENCE CONCERNING THE CIVIL ACTION IN THE CRIMINAL PROCEEDING

In the article the author tries to clarify the peculiarities of the appeal’s content against
the court’s judgement concerning the civil action. The appeal’s scopes are defined, the
content of some grounds for the appellate reversal of the judgement or its change according
to the features of the action proceeding in criminal case is adapted. On the basis of the
conducted research, recommendations as to the due processing of the appeal are made.
