CRIMINAL LIABILITY UNDER THE FOREIGN LEGISLATION FOR THE CRIME KINDRED TO THE PROVIDED BY THE CRIMINAL CODE OF UKRAINE “PRODUCTION AND SALE OF PRODUCTS OF POOR QUALITY”

The article deals with the construction of the corpus delicti signs under the legislation of
some foreign countries, which is kindred to the “production and sale of products of poor
quality” crime, provided for by the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The common and different
tendencies of the criminal liability for such a crime under the foreign and Ukrainian
legislations are elucidated.
