THE ISSUE OF DISSOCIATION OF CRIME’S REPETITION AND CONTINUED CRIME

The article deals with the correlation between crimes’ repetition and continued crime.
The objective signs (object, subject-matter, mode, place, analogy of criminal actions, social
danger) and subjective signs (intention, target) of these complicated criminal and legal
notions have been analysed.
Key words: repetition of crimes, continued crime, qualification of crimes.
