It is proved that types of object of the body of crime, distinguished either by vertical or
by horizontal, don’t have an independent significance for the differentiation of both
contiguous bodies of crimes and bodies of crimes, embodied in competitive provisions of
law. The author asserts that among all components of the body of crime, which characterize
object of the body of crime only the subject and the victim are those elements which
objectively can fulfill the function of joint elements of bodies of crimes, differential elements
of contiguous bodies of crimes, elements, that are used to distinguish bodies of crimes
embodied in competitive provisions of law.
Key words: differentiation of contiguous bodies of crimes.
