GENERALITY OF THE RIGHT TO SOCIAL BENEFITS

In the article the issues of generality of the right to social benefits, as one of the
principles of social benefits institution have been clarified. Its legal nature is analysed,
proposals concerning the evolvement of the legislation in this sphere are presented.
