ACTS OF CONTRACTUAL CHARACTER IN THE SYSTEM OF SOURCES OF SOCIAL SECURITY LAW

In the article the issues concerning the contractual norms application in regard to the
regulation of the social protection relations in Ukraine are clarified. In particular, it goes
about the international legal acts and national acts of contractual character (collective
agreements and trade union contracts).The ways of the contractual regulation of social
security improvement and widening of its sphere are proposed.

agreement.
