PECULIARITIES OF LEGAL REGULATION OF CONTRACTUAL RELATIONS CONCERNING THE PURCHASE AND SALE OF REAL PROPERTY

The author analyses the issues of legal regulation of contractual relations concerning
the real property purchase and sale. The peculiarities of the real property’s bargain and sale
contract are characterized, namely the subject-matter of the contract, its form, order of the
real property’s price assessment, its execution, state enrolment of the estate on freehold.
Having analysed the current legislation and practice of its application, the author proposes
the ways of the existing contradictions and gaps of legal regulation removal.
