ISSUES OF DISSOCIATION OF JUDICIAL BODIES’ AUTHORITIES AFTER THE ADMINISTRATIVE COURTS ESTABLISHMENT

In the article the issues of dissociation of administrative and commercial courts’
competence are studied. The stages of the administrative justice introduction in Ukraine are
highlighted. The author emphasizes on the existing unsolved problems in the science of
administrative and commercial law as to the jurisdiction of the administrative cases and
vagueness of the terminology.
