GENESIS OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL JUDICIAL SUPERVISION IN THE USA: HISTORICAL AND LEGAL ASPECT

In the article the author makes an attempt to investigate the development of the US
constitutional judicial supervision, which is considered as special authority of the judicial
branch directed to the legality control of the executive and legislative bodies’ statutory acts.
