DRAFTING OF THE 1468 SUDEBNIK BY KAZIMIR IV AND ISSUES OF ITS SOURCES DETERMINATION

This article is devoted to one of the scarcely studied aspects of the Ukrainian history of
the state and law. The author analyses several sources of law of the Kyivan Rus’ and
Poland to show that these sources might have been implemented while drafting Sudebnik in
accordance with the peculiarities of that period.
