CIVIL SOCIETY INSTITUTIONS IN THE FIELD OF CHILD’S RIGHTS PROTECTION

The article is devoted to the determination of the forms of participation of civil society
institutions in the field of child’s rights protection. The family functions are studied, the
activity of church, nongovernmental agencies, bodies of local self-government in the field of
child’s rights protection is elucidated. The author emphasizes on a new institute in this field,
namely the ombudsman for children.
