TRANSFORMATION OF THE CONTENT OF THE OUTLOOK LAW PRINCIPLES AS TO LEGAL EXISTENCE OF A PERSON

The article deals with the transformation of the content of the outlook law principles as
to legal existence of a person. The author asserts, that philosophy of law is the branch of
knowledge of outlook character, which is landmarks and controllers of the legal vital activity
of a person.
