THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS OF THE DEFENCE AS ESSENTIAL CONDITION FOR THE GUARANTEE OF ADVERSARY PROCEEDING AND EQUALITY OF THE PARTIES IN CRIMINAL JUSTICE PROCESS

The defence party is vested with some privileges under the Criminal Procedural Code,
with the intent to ensure adversary and equal criminal proceedings. In the article, making
research of the current legislation, the author analyses some of those priorities, exclusive
rights of the defence.
