PROCEDURAL ECONOMY AS A PRINCIPLE OF CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS OF UKRAINE

The article is devoted to the research of procedural economy in criminal proceedings, as
well as to the clarification of its content, legal nature, significance and the possibility of
considering procedural economy as a principle of criminal process. The main tendencies of
this issue elucidation in the law sources are characterized and their analysis is made.
