GENERAL CLASSIFICATION OF INVESTIGATORY MISTAKES

In order to understand the notion of “investigatory mistake” better, it is necessary to
show the elements included in this notion. To present this system correctly, it is necessary to
classify all the elements. In the article the author analyses the theoretical bases of
classification and gives her own classification of investigatory mistakes.
