SOME ISSUES OF CRIMINALISTIC METHODS OF CRIMINAL LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

In this article, in the context of criminalistics evolvement and its wider application in
criminal justice process, certain aspects of its 4th final section – methods of criminalistics
have been researched. The main attention is paid to the development of a new direction of
criminalistics methods – methods of judicial examination of criminal cases. General
provisions of this component of criminalistics methods, the system and structure of its
elements are presented by the author of this article.
