CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR THE VIOLATION OF THE LEGISLATION ON FREEDOM OF FAITH IN THE MEMBER STATES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

The article deals with the issues of criminal liability for the violation of the legislation on
freedom of faith. The member states of the European Union are under consideration.
Current criminal codes of these states have been analysed to reveal the provisions
concerning freedom of faith.
