PROBLEMS OF CRITERIA OF THE DISSOCIATION OF CORPUS DELICTI (LEGALLY DEFINED CRIMES) FROM THE COMPOSITIONS OF ADMINISTRATIVE INFRACTIONS IN CRIMINAL SCIENCE

Approaches to the criteria of the dissociation of corpus delicti from the compositions of
administrative infractions, advanced in criminal literature, were analysed. Causes that breed
difficulties in the law enforcement practice in the part concerning ascertainment of the
correlation between crimes and other offences were indicated.
