INTERNATIONAL GUARANTEES OF THE RIGHT TO WORK REALIZATION UNDER MARKET ECONOMY

In the article the legal nature of international guarantees of the right to work is
examined. The necessity of these guarantees division into a special group of legal
guarantees is substantiated; a brief analysis of the international guarantees of the right to
work, fixed in the documents of international organizations, is made.
