OPERATIVE INFLUENCE MEASURES UNDER THE CIVIL AND ECONOMIC CODES OF UKRAINE

The article deals with the theoretical and practical aspects of operative influence
measures regulation. Legal literature, as well as the normative provisions of Ukraine’s
legislation is analysed to distinguish the concepts of civil responsibility, civil sanctions and
operative influence measures. Concrete amendments to the Economic code of Ukraine are
proposed.
