The article deals with the issues of legal regulation of the trade in intellectual property

rights in the international context nowadays. Certain reasons, which made legal regulation of

this sphere necessary in European and international context, are enumerated. In this article

the attention is also paid to the analysis of the forms of the international trade in intellectual

property rights realization.
