HUMAN RIGHTS AS HUMAN POSSIBILITIES: CERTAIN GENERAL THEORETIC REASONING

This article is an attempt to make a more thorough analysis of the human rights
conception as social possibilities, that haven’t been analysed in complex yet, in the scientific
literature. It goes about the characteristics of the determination particularities and specificity
of the possibilities, that define human rights essence; as well as about the problem of the
interaction, mutual influence of such notions as social development and human rights.
