PARTIES TO THE FREIGHT FORWARDING CONTRACT

The article is dedicated to the study of the legal status of the parties to the freight
forwarding contract. Legislative definitions of “freight forwarder” and “client” are analysed
and propositions concerning their evolvement are made. The author suggests fixing in the
legislation and usage of the notion sub-forwarding contract.
