SOME ISSUES OF CIVIL JURISDICTION

The article is dedicated to the analysis of the general court powers to investigate cases
by civil proceedings. The notion of civil jurisdiction, as well as the criteria of differentiation of
the courts jurisdiction in the judicial system of Ukraine is revealed.
