APPEALING AGAINST ACTIONS AND INACTION IN THE ELECTORAL PROCESS: SOME ISSUES OF LEGAL REGULATION

The article is devoted to the issues of guaranteeing the right of complaint in the electoral
process. Citizens have the right to appeal against the actions of the electoral process
subjects administratively and judicially. Administrative courts’ establishing has become the
guarantee of the constitutional rights defence, and the electoral right, in particular.
