NOTION AND NATURE OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL DISPUTE

The notion and the structure of administrative dispute are revealed in the article. Parties
to the dispute and its subject-matter are characterized. Special attention is paid to the term
used in Ukraine’s Code of the administrative proceedings and its correspondence to the
notion’s content.
