PRINCIPLES OF THE PERMISSIVE ACTIVITY IN THE SPHERE OF ENTERPRISING

One of the methods of the economy state regulation is granting permissions by way of
permissive activity in the sphere of enterprising. As for any other activity, there have to be
some principles – basic rules of behaviour. The author singles out the following principles:
legality, impartiality, equality of the business activity subjects before the law, democracy,
publicity, control, optimization of the regulative influence, stimulation of the competition
development, mutual responsibility of the state and the entrepreneur, humanity and justice in
relations between the state and the entrepreneur in permissive activity.
