NOTION, GROUNDS AND SUBJECTS OF CONSTITUTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY

The article is devoted to constitutional responsibility as separate form of legal
responsibility. Its notion and content are clarified, the circle of bodies and officials who are
the subjects of such responsibility is presented. The grounds, means and procedures of its
application are elucidated.
