SOME ASPECTS OF THE STATE CONTROL OVER THE LOCAL SELF-GOVERNING IN UKRAINE

In the article some aspects of the state control over the activity of the local selfgovernment
subjects are elucidated. The notion of the state control over the local selfgoverning
is defined; its content and system are studied. The author points out the necessity
of adopting the law on state control over the activity of the local self-government subjects.
As the alternative she suggests including of the conformable chapter to the new edition of
Ukraine’s Law “On local self-government”.
