ANNEXATION OF HALYCHYNA BY AUSTRIA AND AUSTRIAN LAW EXPANSION ON ITS TERRITORIES

In the article socio-economic and legal prerequisites and consequences of annexation
of Halychyna by Austria are elucidated. Austrian law expansion in Halychyna is investigated.
Special attention is paid to the analysis of the basic normative acts’ provisions operated in
Halychyna.
