ORGANIZATION OF COURTS IN HALYCHYNA WITHIN POLAND (1349–1569)

The article is dedicated to the court system organization in Halychyna within Poland
(1349–1569). There have been analysed the preconditions of the polish courts
establishment in Halychyna, namely zemskyi court, hrodskyi court, peedcomorskyi court and
their authority is defined. The particularities of the court organization in Halychyna’s cities
and villages during the aforementioned period were characterized.
