The author examines the occasions of “internal prosecutorial” diversities. The author

comes to the conclusion that the order of resolvement of diversities between the officials of the

public prosecutor’s office who participate in prosecuting a case shall be regulated by analogy

with order of appeal of prosecutor’s instructions by the investigator to the superior prosecutor.

Superior (for concrete structural subsection) prosecutor is to take final (irrevocable) decision

concerning the diversities and define its executor himself.
