PROCEDURAL ORDER OF COURT’S ACTS DURING THE RETURNING OF CRIMINAL CASE TO THE PROSECUTOR

In the article the issues which arise in court’s practice during deciding the question of
returning the criminal case to the prosecutor, possible ways of their solutions as well as
prosecutor’s actions in the returned case have been researched. The author analyses the
current state of this problem and gives well-founded propositions concerning improvement of
the current legislation.
