CLASSIFICATION OF INDIRECT EVIDENCE IN CRIMINAL PROCEDURE OF UKRAINE

In the article the issues concerning the defining of indirect evidence classification features

have been examined. The viewpoints in the corresponding literature are analyzed. The author

substantiates the necessity of circumstantial evidence classification to the effect of specifying

their content in the process of proving in the criminal case.
