DEFINING OF MAIN PRINCIPLES OF INTERNATIONAL RIGHT TO DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE UNITED NATIONS CONFERENCE ON TRADE AND DEVELOPMENT (UNCTAD)

The article is devoted to the formation of the right to development as an inalienable part of
modern international law, which is founded on the principles of equality and justice that are
fundamental and fixed in the Charter of UN.
The author examines the activity of the United Nations Conference on Trade and
Development concerning the adoption of international acts which regulate international
economic relations in order to set a balance between the politics of effectiveness and justice
and to assist the developing countries and countries with transitional economy in their economic
development.
