ON THE MODEL OF THE INSTITUTES OF AGE IRRESPONSIBILITY, LIMITED AGE LIABILITY IN CRIMINAL LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

The article deals with the issues of introduction of the institutes of age irresponsibility and
limited age liability into the criminal legislation of Ukraine. The main scientific approaches to the
legislative construction of the models of age irresponsibility, limited age liability are considered.
The proposals to fix in criminal legislation the rules empowering to take into account the
peculiarities of mental development of juveniles while deciding the case about his criminal
liability are made. Having analyzed the legislation, scientific literature on this issue the author
finds it necessary to extend the range of compulsory measures of educational impact in the
criminal legislation of Ukraine.
